2005 - Yarra Valley MERLOT, CABERNET, CABERNET FRANC
Deep purple coloured wine with a delicate oak, blackberry and hint of cherry aroma. A strong blackberry taste with hints of cherry, plum and smooth acid. Finish is smooth tannin, with a hint of caramel and butterscotch. A vibrant wine, with a pleasant lingering fruit and butterscotch after taste.

2004 - Yarra Valley "VINTAGE RED"
This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz & Cabernet Franc. It is a deep purple coloured wine with a light oak and blackcurrant/blackberry aroma. There is a subtle berry taste with a smooth acid, a good tannin finish and a lingering blackcurrant after taste. A pleasant wine to enjoy by itself or with a variety of dishes, particularly meat based ones.

2003 - Yarra Valley PINOT NOIR
Deep ruby colour, black cherry aroma with a hint of oak. Black cherry taste with a touch of oak and smooth acid, with a good acid and tannin finish and a lingering fruity, black-cherry taste. An excellent cool climate Pinot Noir.

2004 - Yarra Valley PINOT NOIR
Medium ruby colour, with a gentle oak and berry aroma and a pleasant berry after taste. Excellent Summer drinking. Serve chilled with poultry, salmon, tuna and Mediterranean dishes.

This wine is a light straw colour, has a pleasant citrus aroma and a delightful oak, citrus and smooth acid and tannin taste. An excellent lingering and gentle oak and citrus after taste. A delicately flavoured white wine. Serve chilled.

This wine is a light golden colour, has a fresh citrus aroma and a clean dry, lemon and grapefruit taste with smooth acid and tannin, with a lasting lemon and grapefruit after taste. An excellent crisp white wine. Serve chilled.

2004 - Yarra Valley VIOGNIER
A delicately perfumed white wine with an aroma and taste reminiscent of peaches and apricots. It has a smooth acid palate and a pleasant after taste. Serve chilled.
